Plan the actual job
Use supplier-confirmed laser-compatible leather and reserve a sewing margin around the design. Prepare a small sample set with different logo sizes, keeping the material batch constant. Attach the preferred sample to a representative garment or accessory before approving the layout. If the finished product will be cleaned or washed, validate that process with the material supplier and your own sample rather than assuming the engraving establishes wash performance.
