Obtain the blank's metal and finish specification, then test that exact stock. Create separate artwork layers for the logo and variable contact details. Proof the smallest text at actual card size and keep all information away from sharp edges or mounting features. Scan any QR code on the finished sample, not just from the design file. Use the approved sample as the reference for later cards.
