B2B ordering workflow

TYVOK B2B payment and ordering workflow

B2B requests are open to submit. Approved buyers can move from company account setup to catalog access, order review, and payment through Shopify B2B workflows.

Payment options: TYVOK can support reviewed draft orders, payment due immediately, or approved Net terms such as Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, or Net 90. Freight, duties, taxes, and local import costs are confirmed separately unless included in a written quote.

Open application, reviewed access: Any qualified business buyer can submit a request, but TYVOK manually reviews company fit, quantity, product plan, and shipping needs before enabling B2B catalog access. Minimum order and freight quote may apply.

Recommended payment setup for TYVOK

For new B2B customers, start with payment due on receipt or draft order review. For trusted repeat dealers or institutional buyers, TYVOK can consider Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, or Net 90 terms.

Deposit requirements are a Shopify Plus-only feature, so the current Basic plan should use immediate payment, payment terms, or reviewed draft orders instead of partial upfront deposits.

What payment does not include by default

  • Freight or shipping costs
  • Duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees
  • Remote-area delivery fees
  • Local installation, training, or service unless quoted
  • Bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs
