Thank you to all our supporters for your unwavering support and trust from the crowdfunding stage until now. Your patience and encouragement mean a lot to us. Currently, all requirements are being carried out in an orderly manner.
As this project involves multiple machines and accessories, each order is customized, requiring additional time to process carefully and avoid errors. To ensure that every Spider S1 device is stable and reliable, we have decided to extend the debugging period and test accessories simultaneously. This additional testing will slightly delay the originally planned delivery schedule, but it is necessary to guarantee the highest quality for all users.
Current Shipping Status:
S1 Dedicated Platform Board: Shipments to the European and American regions have already been dispatched. Customers in these areas are advised to monitor their logistics information. For customers in other regions, we appreciate your patience as we arrange shipments as soon as possible.
Machine Main Body: Currently in production and has not yet been shipped. The estimated shipping timeline will be determined based on production progress, and we will promptly update you on any developments.
Accessories (Edge Trimmer, Polisher, etc.): Shipments to the Asian and Canadian regions are still pending. We are actively coordinating logistics resources to facilitate prompt shipping and will inform you of any updates as soon as possible.
Smoke Filter: This item has not yet been shipped. We will arrange the shipping schedule according to the overall order progress to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

On March 29th, we released the first S1 product startup video for you to check out. In the coming days, we will continue to provide detailed guidance to assist you with quick and easy assembly, in combination with the new user manual.
