Quick setup
Easy Laser Engraver Setup for Beginners: Your First Five Minutes
The A1 Mini is presented with an easy five-minute setup, but quick setup should still be deliberate. A beginner needs to confirm the work area, focus, device profile, ventilation and test material before starting the first engraving.
Prepare the workspace before powering on
Place the machine on a stable, non-combustible work surface with effective exhaust and fire readiness. Keep the project inside the 120 × 130mm area and remove unnecessary items from the work zone.
Choose phone or computer control
A1 Mini supports dual control through mobile and PC workflows. Use the control method that makes file transfer, positioning and supervision easiest for your first project. Confirm the current app or connection instructions in the product documentation.
Run a small test before the finished design
Use an eligible documented material, begin conservatively and supervise the entire job. Stop immediately for flame, persistent smoke, abnormal heat, deformation, odor or machine symptoms.
A practical decision before ordering
Five-minute assembly is the start, not the end of learning. Allow time to install the correct control workflow, read current guidance, prepare exhaust and complete a conservative material test before judging convenience.
