Select a metal blank with known material and a suitable attachment design. Build the artwork inside the usable flat area and test a spare from the actual batch. Check the sample after connecting it to the intended zipper rather than approving it in isolation. Keep the mark away from moving contact surfaces and verify that the tag does not catch on fabric. Confirm brand-artwork authorization before production.
