Plan the actual job
Choose the destination convention before generating the artwork. Keep a clear quiet zone around each code and include a human-readable asset identifier as a fallback. Test the exact metal finish, then scan the physical sample with the devices used by your team. Verify the record behind the code and check access permissions separately. Retain a mapping from each code to its intended asset.
Inspect before making a batch

A metal-focused machine choice
P2 Ultra is the listed 20W 1064nm fiber metal engraver. It serves a different material path from the compact P2 gift workflow and the larger X1S panel workflow. Evaluate the exact alloy, coating, object geometry and holding method on representative spare material before accepting a final piece. Curved work may need a separately confirmed accessory setup; this machine offer does not establish that a rotary or other fixture is included.
