The live FlexCut3D model license distinguishes physical-product use from digital-template redistribution and ties the license to the purchaser. These are that vendor's terms. Describe the actual transfer before asking
List what the printer genuinely needs. A partner adding your own logo to a plain blank may need only your original logo and agreed measurements. A partner reproducing decorative artwork from the purchased file needs access to different material, and that access may require permission the physical-product license does not supply.
Avoid emailing the complete project archive as a convenience. It can contain unrelated purchased components, editable source and artwork the partner does not need. Reducing the file to necessary material limits accidental sharing, but it does not create permission. A specific permission request is easier to answer
Tell the seller the name of the production partner, the exact file or artwork involved, the number or nature of the items, and what the partner will do. Ask whether the partner may receive and use that material for your order or must buy a suitable separate license. Also ask about storage or deletion conditions if relevant to the seller's terms.

The TYVOK X1S Pro provides a large-format cutting workflow; its 800 × 2000 mm work area has no bearing on design-sharing permission. A file opening correctly in supported software says nothing about whether another business may receive it.
The design provenance record helps locate the seller and license originally acquired. Use that record to answer the new question about external access, rather than treating the original receipt as blanket authorization. Hold the digital transfer until the arrangement is clear.
Can I send only the outline and let the printer add color?
Check whether that outline is itself part of the purchased design and whether this use is covered. Sending fewer elements may meet the partner's practical needs, but does not automatically avoid a sharing restriction.
What can progress while permission is unresolved?
Agree the nonconfidential material, measurements and sample acceptance requirements for the laser-to-UV-print handoff. Where appropriate, use your own original test artwork. Keep the purchased artwork out of the partner's files until you have the relevant permission or licensing arrangement.
