Measure displacement from one fixed datum on every run. Start with frame: retain all columns appear at intended boundary and apply the boundary 'Placement check only'. Then compare one column without changing the recorded setup.

1. Save the composite file and export a diagnostic copy.
2. Verify device dimensions and the chosen origin against current instructions.
3. Run one column at a known absolute location on scrap.
4. Run two columns and measure displacement from the same datum.
5. Change only the start-position mode, preview again, and repeat the measurement.
