Which Panel Is in Which Crate? Build a Photo Position Map
Give every finished panel a durable ID and photograph it at its exact crate position. The installer should be able to find panel C2 without unpacking the entire order.

Find West-02 without unpacking everything
Crate B may contain five visually similar arrows. A map that says West-02 is in slot 3 with arrow up saves handling and reduces wrong-position installation risk.

- 1. Create the install sequence before finishing removes temporary marks.
- 2. Use a labeling method compatible with the finished product and customer requirements.
- 3. Photograph the panel face, ID, protection, and crate slot in one indexed sequence.
- 4. Issue the map with the packing list and retain an internal copy.

Can filenames alone identify panels?
Only if the physical item and crate position carry the same controlled ID.

Use a method approved for the finish and installation plan; avoid damage or residue.
Does a photo prove delivery condition?
It documents packout state, not every event in transit. Pair it with carrier and receiving inspection records.
