We’ve been committed to delivering high-performance, stable laser engraving solutions, and the enthusiastic feedback we’ve received since the launch of the Tyvok S1 fully enclosed 4' x 8' version has been truly inspiring.
Along the way, we’ve invested significant effort into addressing the challenges that come with larger-format machines, particularly when it comes to installation, transportation, and overall stability. We fully understand that while larger sizes offer more creative freedom, they also come with more complex assembly and supply chain demands. To provide the best possible experience, we’ve conducted multiple rounds of optimizations and prototypes.
However, during the course of real-world operation, we’ve discovered that the 4' x 8' version presents several challenges in comparison to the more compact 4' x 4' model. These challenges include user demand, ease of installation, and the ongoing stability of our supply chain. To ensure we continue providing top-notch service and efficient delivery, we’ve decided to make the following adjustments:
👉 The 4' x 4' version will become our main sales model going forward.
👉 The 4' x 8' version will be offered as a custom order, with production and service schedules tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
Rest assured, orders for the 4' x 8' version placed during the crowdfunding campaign will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.
