TYVOK Fall Sale · October 8–31, 2026
A seating chart combines a large panel with many small names. The panel size does not solve the data problem: every guest must remain under the correct table heading.
Plan the actual job
Keep the guest list in one controlled sheet and define a fixed format for table names and alphabetical order. Build a full-size proof with the longest guest names, then inspect readability at the display distance. Test the selected wood and finish with the smallest text. Allow space for positioning and any frame before deciding the final panel size. Freeze the guest-list revision before production and mark later changes separately.
Inspect before making a batch
Reconcile names and table assignments against the approved list. X1S 20W 800×2000mm is $999 at checkout; the machine offer does not guarantee an event delivery date or a particular production time.
Choose the complete workspace configuration
X1S 2026 lists 800×800mm and 800×2000mm workspace configurations across the eligible power choices. Compare the whole blank with positioning and holding margins, rather than using artwork dimensions alone. Suitable wooden signs and panel layouts are planning examples, not guaranteed results for every species, coating or thickness. Confirm the exact package, required support surface, accessories and operating requirements on the product page before preparing the job.
Review the TYVOK safety guidance and the selected machine instructions before operation. Material composition, suitable positioning and supervision belong in the setup plan.
