The mainstream wood material sheet is about 1220x2440mm, it takes customers time to divide it into pieces, especially when they meet thick wood materials. Tyvok treasures customers time and strive to maximize utilization of materials. Our innovative design maximizes the use of full sheets, allowing users to engrave and cut large panels directly, significantly reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.

For those operating in smaller spaces, we offer a more compact option of 4.1x4 feet (1250x1220mm). This alternative allows users to process full sheets in segments, further minimizing waste while still optimizing material use.

Intelligent Laser Power Management

Equipped with a 60W laser, the Tyvok S1 offers intelligent power adjustment to 40W or 20W, depending on the task. This versatility enables a single laser to perform across various applications, extending its lifespan and improving results. Our intelligent fan control system further enhances the user experience by automatically adjusting the fan's operation based on the laser's activity, reducing noise and energy consumption.

Integrated Air Assist System for Enhanced Efficiency

To boost reliability and efficiency, we have integrated the air assist tube directly into the laser head, eliminating the need for an external system that can be prone to damage. This design not only improves the machine’s durability but also reduces the risk of obstructions or collisions. The Tyvok S1's air assist system is seamlessly controlled by LightBurn, providing users with a smooth and convenient operation.

Precision and Stability

Maintaining precision and stability is critical, especially for large-format engraving. To ensure this, we’ve adopted an industrial-grade linear guide and rack-and-pinion system, providing double protection for high precision. The X-axis features our patented guide system, which is tailored for laser engraving while also capable of tackling CNC challenges.

Tyvok Spider is committed to innovation, and our 2023 Product Innovation and Exhibition Plan highlights our journey. In May, we successfully launched a crowdfunding campaign for the Spider X1, reaching our goal of $520,000—thank you for your support!
